Removing ( Refitting )  - 1048A10  air cleaner filtering element - replace - 5510C30  engine timing sensor - r+r - 1016A20  single cam cover - r + r and replace gasket - 4450B04  right front wheel r r - 5510C26  rpm sensor - r+r - 1092B60  alternator drive belt - r + r - 1092A10  Crankshaft services PULLEY - R.R. - 1032D12  timing system protective cover(s) - r + r - 7055A42  front grille - r+r - 1032B10  toothed timing belt - r + r for timing adjustment or replacement - 1032B40  toothed-driven pulley (one) - r + r with timing belt removed1. Undo the fixing bolts (1a) and remove the oil supply pipe to the camshaft covers (1b). 2. Undo the fixing bolts (2a) and remove the camshaft covers (2b), (2c) and (2d). 3. Remove the camshaft. Refitting ( Removing ) 1. Position the camshaft.2. Fit the camshaft caps (2a) and oil delivery pipe (2b).3. Tighten the camshaft cap bolts to torque.

4. Using the tool (4a), fit the new oil seal (4b) in the housing on the front cover.
