2752466 - 1036B36 front crankshaft oil seal-r r with timing belt removed

Removing ( Refitting ) 1. Use tool (1a) to prevent the pulley turning, then unscrew retaining bolt (1b).

2. Remove the toothed driven pulley.3. Remove the front oil seal from its housing.

Removing the oil seal destroys it so a new one must be fitted.

Refitting ( Removing ) 1. Use the special fitting tool (1a) and fit the new oil seal (1b) in the housing on the front cover.

Fit the driven pulley in the special housing in the camshaft.2. Use the tool (2a) and tighten the toothed driven pulley fixing bolt (2a) to torque.
