) Disconnect the battery negative terminal.Move the load carrying compartment lining away from the work area.1. Undo the rear bolts fixing the rear seat cushion.

1. Undo the front bolts fixing the rear seat cushion.2. Remove the rear seat cushion.

1. Undo the fuel filler pipe cap and remove it.2. Undo the bolts (2a) fixing the fuel filler pipe (2b).

1. Remove the submerged pump protective cover.2. Disconnect the rapid connector (2a) for the fuel supply pipe and disconnect the electrical connection (2b) for the submerged pump.

- 4450B08 right rear wheel r r - 1080E20 active carbon filter for fuel vapours - r + r1. Remove the mountings from the exhaust pipe.2. Lower the exhaust pipe assembly.

1. Remove the fastening clips (1a) and undo the fixing nut (1b).2. Remove the fuel tank heat shield.

Position a suitable hydraulic lift.1. Undo the bolts (1a) fixing the tank (1b) and remove it complete with pipes.

Refitting ( Removing

) Tighten the fuel tank complete with pipes in its housing and connect the fuel supply pipe rapid connector to the submerged pump.Tighten the bolts fixing the fuel tank to the bodyshell to torque.

Fit the tank heat shield and tighten the fixing nut.Secure the exhaust pipe rubber mountings to the housings. - 1080E20 active carbon filter for fuel vapours - r + r - 4450B08 right rear wheel r rConnect the electrical connection for the submerged pump.

Fit the submerged pump cover in place.Fit the rear seat cushion and tighten the fastenings to torque.

Fit the load carrying compartment lining in place.Connect the battery negative terminal.Fit the fuel filler pipe in the housing in the bodyshell and tighten the fixing bolts.Tighten the fuel filler pipe cap.
