2752473 - 1040A22 fuel tank - r + r for versions with evaporation control system for replacement

Removing ( Refitting )  - 4450B08  right rear wheel r r - 1080E20  active carbon filter for fuel vapours - r + r - 1040A20  fuel tank - r + r and decant fuel for versions with evaporation control system1. Position the tool (1a) and undo the ring nut (1b) fastening the pump submerged in the tank.

2. Release the submerged pump and remove it complete with level gauge.Keep the gasket. 1. Open the fastening bands.2. Disconnect the breather pipe from the fuel tank.3. Disconnect the fuel filler pipe from the tank. Refitting ( Removing ) Fit the submerged pump gasket.Fit the submerged pump complete with level gauge in position in the fuel tank.Tighten the ring nut securing the submerged pump using the appropriate tool.
