Removing ( Refitting ) Disconnect the battery negative terminal. - 1048A10  air cleaner filtering element - replace1. Release the accelerator cable (1b) working on the throttle valve (1a).2. Disconnect the accelerator cable from the mounting bracket. 1. Remove the protective cap (1a) for the breather valve for the single fuel pipe (1b) and discharge the fuel pressure using the tool (1c). Collect the fuel in a suitable container.

1. Disconnect the electrical connections from the injectors.

2. Disconnect the electrical connections for the spark plugs.3. Disconnect the rapid attachment for the fuel supply pipe.4. Move the wiring away from the work area. 1. Undo the retaining bolts.2. Remove the single fuel manifold pipe complete with injectors. Refitting ( Removing ) Fit the single fuel manifold pipe complete with injectors in place and tighten the fixing bolts.Place the engine wiring in position in the housing on the tappet cover.Connect the rapid attachment for the fuel supply pipe.Connect the electrical connections for the spark plugs.Connect the electrical connections to the injectors.
