The body computer node
M001, at pin 1 connector C, receives
the signal (positive) that reverse gear is engaged, from the switch
I020.
From pin 6 connector G, the body computer node informs
the parking sensors control unit
M084 (pin 13) that reverse gear has
been engaged.
The control unit
M084 supplies the parking
sensors unit K097, providing the supply from pin 5 and the earth
reference to pin 6.
From pins 1, 2, 3, 4, the parking control
unit receives the signals provided by the parking sensors unit
K097.
The parking control unit
M084 manages
the operation of the loudspeaker P044, used for acoustic signalling
of obstacle detection.
The system fault is indicated by a warning
light located in the instrument panel
