2752403 - 1004D10 power unit (manual gearbox), removed, remove and re-build

Removing ( Refitting ) 1. Undo the fixing bolts (1a) and remove the engine flywheel shield (1b). 1. Open the protective cover.2. Undo the fixing nut (2a) and disconnect the starter motor electrical wiring (2b).

3. Disconnect the electrical connection for the speedometer sensor.

4. Undo the bolts (4a) fixing the starter motor (4b) and remove it. 1. Undo the fixing nut (1a) and the fixing bolts (1b) and remove the gearbox (1c). Refitting ( Removing ) Fit the gearbox in the housing in the engine and tighten the fixing bolts and the nut to the recommended torque.

Fit the starter motor in place and tighten the fixing bolts to the recommended torque.

Connect the electrical connection of the speedometer sensor.

Connect the starter motor wiring.

Close the starter motor wiring protective cover.Fit the engine flywheel shield and tighten the fixing bolts.
