) Remove the car from the ramps.1. Loosen the band and disconnect the lower radiator coolant outlet hose from the radiator, engine oil heat exchanger end.

Collect the engine coolant in a suitable container.

- 5530B10 battery - r+r . - 5530B52 Battery DRIP TRAY/SUPPORT - R.R. . 1. Undo the bolts fixing the rigid engine oil vapour recirculation pipe.2. Loosen the band and disconnect the engine oil vapour recirculation pipe from the rigid pipe.

1. Disconnect the electrical connection from the engine coolant temperature sensor.

2. Undo and remove the engine coolant temperature sensor.

Refitting ( Removing

) Fit the engine coolant temperature sensor in place and tighten it to the recommended torque.

Restore the sealant on the sensor thread.

Connect the electrical connection to the engine coolant temperature sensor.

Connect the engine oil vapour recirculation hose to the rigid pipe and tighten the band.Tighten the bolts securing the engine oil vapour recirculation rigid pipe. - 5530B52 Battery DRIP TRAY/SUPPORT - R.R. . - 5530B10 battery - r+r . Refit the lower coolant outlet sleeve from the radiator, engine oil heat exchanger end, and tighten the band. - 0010T20 coolant change . Remove the car from the ramps.
