Removing ( Refitting ) Remove the car from the ramps. - 5530B10  battery - r+r - 5530B52  Battery DRIP TRAY/SUPPORT - R.R.1. Disconnect the electrical connection from the air flow meter.

2. Loosen the band and disconnect the the turbocharger air inlet sleeve from the rigid pipe, air flow meter side.
1. Remove the air filter (1a) complete with air flow meter (1b) by releasing from the underlying pins and then from the rear fastenings.
1. Disconnect the electrical connections (1a) and (1b) from the heater plugs control unit.

1. Open the securing band (1a) and disconnect the coolant pipe (1b) fromthe expansion tank.2. Disconnect the two rapid connectors for the fuel pipes from the filter.3. Disconnect the rapid connector for the coolant pipe from the thermostat unit.4. Disconnect the rapid connector for the fuel pipe from the pressure pump.5. Disconnect the rapid connectors (5a) and (5b) from the fuel pipe.6. Undo the fixing bolts (6a) and remove the protective duct (6b) and pipes.
1. Release the electrical wiring (1a) from the band (1b).2. Loosen the band fastening the air intake hose to the turbocharger, turbocharger side.3. Loosen the band fastening oil vapour hose between the rigid pipe and the turbo inlet hose, turbo inlet hose side.4. Disconnect and remove the turbocharger inlet hose.
1. Disconnect the electrical connection from the engine coolant temperature sensor.

4. Disconnect the electrical connection from the cam angle sensor.

6. Undo the bolts securing the cable pass to the cylinder head.7. Release the system cable loom (7a) from the attachments (7b) and move it aside.
1. Disconnect the electrical connection from the fuel pressure regulator.

1. Undo the nut (1a) and disconnect the electrical connection (1b) from the alternator.

2. Open the protective cover (2a), undo the nut (2b) and disconnect the electrical connection (2c) from the starter motor.

Release the cable loom from the bands securing it to the air chamber and remove it. Refitting ( Removing ) Fit the system cable loom in place and secure it to the bands on the air chamber.Connect the electrical connection to the starter motor, secure it with the nut and close the protective cover.

Connect the electrical connection to the alternator and secure it using the nut.

Fit the air inlet hose in place and connect it to the turbocharger.Tighten the band fastening the oil vapour hose between the rigid pipe and the turbo inlet hose, turbo inlet hose side.Tighten the band fastening the turbocharger air inlet hose, turbocharger side.Secure the electrical wiring to the band.Fit the protective duct and fuel pipe in place and tighten the fixing bolts.Connect the rapid connectors for the fuel pipes in place on the pressure pump, on the filter and on the recovery manifold.Connect the connectors for the coolant pipe on the expansion tank and on the thermostat unit.Fit the air filter complete with air flow meter in place.Connect the air intake sleeve to the turbocharger, air flow meter side, and tighten the band.Connect the electrical connection to the air flow meter.
