2752637 - 1088D53 RIGID supply or return PIPES for ENGINE OIL HEAT EXCHANGER - R.R.

Removing ( Refitting ) Remove the car from the ramps. - 1048A10  air cleaner filtering element - replace - 5530B10  battery - r+r - 5530B52  Battery DRIP TRAY/SUPPORT - R.R.1. Loosen the band and disconnect the lower radiator coolant outlet hose from the radiator, engine oil heat exchanger end.

Collect the coolant which comes out in a suitable container.

1. Undo the bolt fixing the rigid coolant supply pipe to the engine oil heat exchanger, crankcase side.2. Undo bolts (2a) and disconnect the heat exchanger rigid delivery pipe (2b), engine oil heat exchanger side.3. Remove the gasket. 1. Loosen the band, disconnect the engine oil heat exchanger rigid delivery pipe, thermostat end, and remove. Refitting ( Removing ) Fit the rigid coolant supply pipe to the engine oil heat exchanger in place, connect to the thermostat and tighten the band.Fit the gasket in place.Connect the rigid delivery pipe for the engine oil heat exchanger, heat exchanger side, and secure with bolts.Tighten the bolt fixing the coolant supply pipe to the engine oil heat exchanger, crankcase side.Refit the lower coolant outlet sleeve from the radiator, engine oil heat exchanger end, and tighten the band. - 1048A10  air cleaner filtering element - replace - 5530B52  Battery DRIP TRAY/SUPPORT - R.R. - 5530B10  battery - r+r - 0010T20  coolant changeRemove the car from the ramps.
