Removing ( Refitting ) Disconnect the battery negative terminal.1. Disconnect the electrical connection from the air flow meter.

2. Loosen the band and disconnect the the turbocharger air inlet sleeve from the rigid pipe, air flow meter side. 1. Remove the air filter (1a) complete with air flow meter (1b) by releasing from the underlying pins and then from the rear fastenings.  - 5530B10  battery - r+r - 5530B56  BATTERY DRIP TRAY COVER - R.R. - 5530B52  Battery DRIP TRAY/SUPPORT - R.R. - 1048A50  air inlet pipe to turbo charger - r + r1. Open the fastening band (1a) and release the pipe (1b). Opening the fastening clips.1. Open the fastening band (1a) and release the power unit coolant pipe (1b) and remove it. Refitting ( Removing ) Fit the power unit coolant pipe in place and secure it to the fastening clips.Renew the metal bands fastening the pipe to the heater and to the rigid pipe. - 1048A50  air inlet pipe to turbo charger - r + r - 5530B52  Battery DRIP TRAY/SUPPORT - R.R. - 5530B56  BATTERY DRIP TRAY COVER - R.R. - 5530B10  battery - r+r - 0010T21  coolant check density and top up if necessaryFit the air filter complete with air flow meter in place.Connect the air intake sleeve to the turbocharger, air flow meter side, and tighten the band.Connect the electrical connection to the air flow meter.
