2752403 - 1004D10 power unit (manual gearbox), removed, remove and re-build

) 1. Release the electrical wiring (1a) from the band (1b).2. Undo the nut (2a), loosen the band (2b) and remove the air supply pipe from the heat exchanger to the intake manifold (2c).

1. Open the cover (1a), undo the nuts (1b) and disconnect the electrical connections (1c) from the starter motor.

2. Undo the bolts (2a) and remove the starter motor (2b).

1. Undo the fixing nut (1a) and the fixing bolts (1b) and remove the gearbox (1c).

Refitting ( Removing

) Fit the gearbox in the housing in the engine and tighten the fixing bolts and the nut to the recommended torque.

Fit the starter motor in place and tighten the fixing bolts to the recommended torque.

Close the starter motor wiring protective cover.Fit the air duct in place and tighten the fixing nuts.
