) Position the vehicle on the ramp.Connect the Examiner and carry out the procedure to depressurise the gear actuation hydraulic circuit.

To ensure depressurisation is successful, ensure:

there are no errorsthe brake pedal is maintained depressed

Disconnect the electrical connection for the electric pump. The circuit will return to service pressure (45 bars) when the key is turned ON.

Ensure that the ignition key is in OFF position, then disconnect the battery negative terminal (-).

Proceed with removal Op. 2127C13 .1. Loosen the band and disconnect the pipe between the electro-hydraulic gear selection hydraulic unit and the fluid reservoir, reservoir side.2. Disconnect the reservoir vent pipe from the cap connector.

1. Loosen the band (1a) and remove the electro-hydraulic selection gearbox hydraulic circuit fluid reservoir (1b).

Collect the coolant which comes out in a suitable container.

Refitting ( Removing

) Place the electro-hydraulic selection gearbox hydraulic circuit fluid reservoir back in its housing and secure it with bolts.Connect the reservoir vent pipe to the cap connector.Connect the pipe from the electro-hydraulic selection hydraulic actuator unit to the fluid reservoir, reservoir side and tighten the band.Proceed with refitting Op. 0010T47 HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FLUID FOR GEARBOX WITH HYDRAULIC SELECTION CHECK LEVEL AND TOP UP IF NECESSARY.Proceed with refitting Op. 0010T48 HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FOR GEARBOX WITH HYDRAULIC SELECTION BLEED AIR.Proceed with refitting Op. 2127C13 .Connect the battery terminal (-).Remove the car from the ramps.
