Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on the ramp.Connect the Examiner and carry out the procedure to depressurise the gear actuation hydraulic circuit.

To ensure depressurisation is successful, ensure:

there are no errorsthe brake pedal is maintained depressed

Disconnect the electrical connection for the electric pump. The circuit will return to service pressure (45 bars) when the key is turned ON.

Proceed with removal    Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R.Proceed with removal    Op. 5530B52 BATTERY DRIP TRAY/SUPPORT - R.R..Proceed with removal    Op. 2127C13 .1. Undo the connector (1a) and disconnect the pipe between the electric pump and the electro-hydraulic gear selection hydraulic unit (1b), hydraulic unit side, then remove it . 1. Disconnect the pipe between the electric pump and the electro-hydraulic gear selection hydraulic unit (1b) hydraulic unit side, and remove it. Refitting ( Removing ) Place the pipe between the electric pump and the electro-hydraulic gear selection hydraulic unit back in its housing and tihten the connectors.Proceed with refitting    Op. 0010T47 HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FLUID FOR GEARBOX WITH HYDRAULIC SELECTION CHECK LEVEL AND TOP UP IF NECESSARY.Proceed with refitting    Op. 0010T48 HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FOR GEARBOX WITH HYDRAULIC SELECTION BLEED AIR.Proceed with refitting    Op. 2127C13 .Proceed with refitting    Op. 5530B52 BATTERY DRIP TRAY/SUPPORT - R.R.
