) Position the vehicle on the ramp.Connect the Examiner and carry out the procedure to depressurise the gear actuation hydraulic circuit.

To ensure depressurisation is successful, ensure:

there are no errorsthe brake pedal is maintained depressed

Disconnect the electrical connection for the electric pump. The circuit will return to service pressure (45 bars) when the key is turned ON.

Ensure that the ignition key is in OFF position, then disconnect the battery negative terminal (-).

Proceed with removal Op. 2127C13 .Proceed with removal Op. 2127C12 HYDRAULIC GEAR SELECTION FLUID RESERVOIR - R R.1. Release the electrical wiring from the mounting bracket.2. Undo the connector (2a) and disconnect the pipe from the electric pump to the electro-hydraulic gear selection hydraulic unit (2b), electric pump side.3. Undo the nuts (3a) and remove the electro-hydraulic gear selection system electric pump (3b) with o-ring.

New pumps are supplied with piping from the electric pump to the hydraulic actuation pump and an o-ring.

Refitting ( Removing

) Refit the electro-hydraulic gear selection system electric pump with o-ring and secure with bolts.Connect the pipe between the electric pump and the electro-hydraulic gear selection hydraulic unit, electric pump side and tighten the connector to the recommended torque.Secure the pump electrical wiring to the bracket.Proceed with refitting Op. 2127C12 HYDRAULIC GEAR SELECTION FLUID RESERVOIR - R R.Proceed with refitting Op. 0010T47 HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FLUID FOR GEARBOX WITH HYDRAULIC SELECTION CHECK LEVEL AND TOP UP IF NECESSARY.Proceed with refitting Op. 0010T48 HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FOR GEARBOX WITH HYDRAULIC SELECTION BLEED AIR.Proceed with refitting Op. 2127C13 .Connect the negative (-) battery terminal.Connect an Examiner, initialise the gear engagement/selection positions and check the engagement travel is correct.Remove the car from the ramps.
