184001161 - 2127C44 PRESSURE ACCUMULATOR ON HYDRAULIC ACTUATOR UNIT - R R (Robotized gearbox)

Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on the ramp.Connect the Examiner and carry out the procedure to depressurise the gear actuation hydraulic circuit.

To ensure depressurisation is successful, ensure:

there are no errorsthe brake pedal is maintained depressed

Disconnect the electrical connection for the electric pump. The circuit will return to service pressure (45 bars) when the key is turned ON.

Ensure that the ignition key is in OFF position, then disconnect the battery negative terminal (-).

Proceed with removal    Op. 2127C13 .1. Undo and remove the pressure accumulator from the gearbox hydraulic selection and actuation unit.

Collect the coolant which comes out in a suitable container.

Refitting ( Removing ) Refit the pressure accumulator to the gearbox hydraulic selection actuation unit and tighten it to the specified torque.

Proceed with refitting    Op. 0010T47 HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FLUID FOR GEARBOX WITH HYDRAULIC SELECTION CHECK LEVEL AND TOP UP IF NECESSARY.Proceed with refitting    Op. 0010T48 HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FOR GEARBOX WITH HYDRAULIC SELECTION BLEED AIR.Proceed with refitting    Op. 2127C13 .Connect the negative (-) battery terminal.Remove the car from the ramps.
