Disconnect the electrical connection for the rpm sensor.

2. Disconnect the electrical connection from the engine oil pressure warning light switch.

3. Undo the bolt and remove the rpm sensor. 1. Undo botls (1a) and remove crankshaft oil seal cover. Refitting ( Removing ) 1. Fit the crankshaft front cover (1a), complete with gasket, and fix it tightening the bolts (1b) to the recommended torque.

Replace the rear wheel rpm sensor in its housing and fix it using the bolt.Connect the electrical connection to the engine oil pressure warning light switch.Connect the electrical connection for the rpm sensor.Proceed with refitting    Op. 1084B28 ENGINE OIL INTAKE PUMP - R + R WITH CRANKCASE SUMP REMOVED.Proceed with refitting    Op. 1020A20 CRANK CASE OIL SUMP - R + R CLEAN SEALS FOR SEALANT APPLICATION.Proceed with refitting    Op. 1072C16 EXHAUST MANIFOLD WITH CATALYTIC CONVERTER - R R.Proceed with refitting    Op. 1072C44 EXHAUST MANIFOLD HEAT SHIELD ON BULKHEAD - R+R.Proceed with refitting    Op. 1032B44 TOOTHED DRIVE PULLEY - R + R WITH TIMING BELT REMOVED.Proceed with refitting    Op. 1088C14 WATER PUMP - R + R WITH DRIVE BELT REMOVED.Undo the nuts, then remove the timing side power unit support flexible mounting .Undo the bolt and remove the power unit timing side rigid engine mount.Proceed with refitting    Op. 1032B10 TOOTHED TIMING BELT - R + R FOR TIMING ADJUSTMENT OR REPLACEMENT.Proceed with refitting    Op. 1056B60 SINGLE FUEL MANIFOLD PIPE, WITH INJECTORS - R + R.Proceed with the refitting.Proceed with refitting    Op. 1092B40 AIR CONDITIONER COMPRESSOR/ALTERNATOR DRIVE BELT - R + R.Proceed with refitting    Op. 7055B91 RIGHT FRONT WHEEL ARCH LINER - R.R..Proceed with refitting    Op. 7055B66 ENGINE COMPARTMENT DUST SHIELD PROTECTION IN RIGHT FRONT WHEEL ARCH - R.R..Proceed with refitting    Op. 4450B04 RIGHT FRONT WHEEL R R.Proceed with refitting 7055A43 central front grille - r r .Proceed with refitting    Op. 1048A10 AIR CLEANER FILTERING ELEMENT - REPLACE.Refill the engine oil lubrication system    Op. 0010T11 ENGINE OIL CHECK LEVEL AND TOP UP.Refill the engine cooling system with coolant    Op. 0010T20 COOLANT CHECK DENSITY AND TOP UP IF NECESSARY.Remove the car from the ramps.
