1. Disconnect the electrical connection for the accelerator pedal with built-in potentiometer.

2. Undo the bolts (2a) and remove the accelerator pedal with potentiometer incorporated (2b).

Refitting ( Removing

) Connect the electrical connection to the accelerator pedal with built-in potentiometer.Place the accelerator pedal with potentiometer incorporated back in its housing and secure it using the bolts.Place the lower reinforcement in its housing on the underdashboard crossmember and fasten it using the bolts.Proceed with refitting 7040A30 Left instrument panel lower TRIM - R.R. .Proceed with refitting Op. 7040A28 TRIM ON GEARBOX CONTROL PANEL - R.R..Proceed with refitting 7040A19 cushion padding - r r .Proceed with refitting 7040A65 passenger compartment box lock , one , r r .Proceed with refitting 7040L37 gear lever plate - r r .Connect the negative (-) battery terminal.
