Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on a lift.Drain the coolant (    Op. 0010T84 COOLANT FOR AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM DEHYDRATE AND RECHARGE).    Op. 7210E10 FRONT BUMPER1. Undo the bolt (1a) and disconnect the connector (1b) for the pipe from the condenser to the expansion valve.2. Undo the bolt (2a) and disconnect the connector (2b) for the pipe from the condenser to the compressor.
Seal the connectors that have been disconnected using suitable plugs to prevent dampness and impurities from entering the system.
1. Undo the upper condenser retaining bolts.2. Remove the condenser (2a) lowering it, after having released it from the lower retainers (2b).
If necessary, remove the drier filter (refer to op. (5040A44)) Refitting ( Removing ) Check that the condenser is intact and does not show signs of damage or deposits of dirt on the finned surface.If removed, refit the drier filter (refer to op. (5040A44))Place the condenser in position and attach it to the lower retainers.Tighten the upper condenser retaining bolts.1. Connect the connector (1a) for the pipe from the condenser to the compressor and secure it tightening the bolt (1b) to the recommended torque.
Replace the O rings for the connectors.
Only use green coloured seals that are resistant to R134a coolant.
Lubricate the connector threads using anti-freeze.

2. Connect the connector (2a) for the pipe from the condenser to the expansion valve and secure it tightening the bolt (2b) to the recommended torque.
