Removing ( Refitting )     Op. 7040H66 LEFT REAR SIDE TRIM, WITH REAR PARCEL SHELF SUPPORT - R.R .    Op. 7040H67 RIGHT REAR SIDE TRIM, WITH REAR PARCEL SHELF SUPPORT - R.R .(alternatively)    Op. 7040H50 REAR PANEL - R R    Op. 7040H36 CENTRAL TRIM LOWER ELEMENT - R R 7040L44 rear compartment scuff strip - r r     Op. 7040L40 FRONT COMPARTMENT SCUFF STRIP - R R1. Prise up the front seat belt reel mechanism panel.2. Unscrew the seat belt reel nut.3. Move the seat belt relay.
1. Withdraw pins (1a) after undoing retainers (1b).2. Prise up the bolt protection.3. Unscrew the bolt securing the seatbelt end.
1. Disconnect the electrical connection from the pretensioner.

2. Unscrew the pretensioner bolt.3. Remove the seat belt and pretensioner (3a) releasing the retainer (3b) from the housing.
Place the pretensioner in the special cabinet, resting it on a free surface. Refitting ( Removing ) Reposition the pretensioner and make sure that retainer engages in the housing in the bodyshell.Tighten the bolt to the specified torque.
Do not use impact tools for tightening.

Connect the electrical connection for the pretensioner.Tighten the bolt securing the end of the seatbelt and fit the protection.Fit the pins and do up the retainers.Position the seat belt idler and tighten the nut to the recommended torque.
