When the boot is opened the light in the luggage compartment comes on and goes out when the boot is closed.If one or more doors are open, this is shown on the instrument panel display; the warning light remain on until all the vehicle doors and the boot lid are properly shut. If a given speed limit is exceeded, this is also signalled by means of a buzzer.The power supply for the luggage compartment light follows the control logic of the battery voltage (known as "SBMT"); with the ignition OFF, if one of the doors or the boot is opened or if the doors are unlocked, a 15 minute timer is set after which all the courtesy lights are deactivated.
