1. Remove bands (1a) and (1b) securing the protective gaiter.2. Clean the grease off the inside of the constant velocity joint and remove the circlip.3. Remove the differential side constant velocity joint4. Remove the protective boot.

Wash the joint thoroughly using diesel or petrol, and visually check that there are no signs of seiaure or scoring on the balls and their seats.Refit a new gaiter in its seating.Refit the constant velocity joint, differential side, back in its seating complete with a new circlip.Refit the gaiter back in its seating, then fill it with the recommended grease. | Type | Component | Name | Qty. |
