184001360 - 5040A50 PIPE FROM COMPRESSOR TO AIR CONDITIONER CONDENSER - R+R

Follow the recommended safety instructions (see 5040 - Precautions).
Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on a lift.Drain the coolant (    Op. 0010T84 COOLANT FOR AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM DEHYDRATE AND RECHARGE).    Op. 7210E10 FRONT BUMPER1. Undo the bolt (1a) and disconnect the connector (1b) for the pipe from the compressor to the condenser.
Seal the connectors that have been disconnected using suitable plugs to prevent dampness and impurities from entering the system.
1. Undo the bolt (1a) and disconnect the connector (1b) for the pipe from the compressor to the condenser.2. Remove the pipe.
Refitting ( Removing ) Check that the pipe from the compressor to the condenser is not damaged and that there are no cracks that could compromise the seal.
Replace the O rings for the connectors. Only use green coloured seals that are resistant to R134a coolant. Lubricate the connector threads using anti-freeze.
1. Place the pipe from the compressor to the condenser in position.2. Connect the connector (2a) for the pipe from the compressor to the condenser, compressor side and secure it tightening the bolt (2b) to the recommended torque.
