Undo the bolts securing the bonnet lid opening lever. 2. Move the lever slightly.
1. Cut the carpet along section (1a) to release it from the condensation drainage pipe (1b) for the air conditioning. 2. Undo and remove the mechanical end of travel located under the accelerator pedal. 3. Undo the rear retaining studs using the special tool. Name Country 3 Scraper blade 1.878.077.000
4. Remove the mat.

Check that the carpet is undamaged. Position the mat and do up the rear retaining studs. Tighten the accelerator pedal end of travel. Check that the carpet is correctly positioned. Position the bonnet lid lever and secure with nuts.
