Removing ( Refitting ) 1. Fit the flywheel lock.

2. Undo the bolts fixing the clutch tray loosening them a little at a time, diagonally until the diaphgram spring is not loaded.3. Remove the clutch tray.Remove the clutch plate. Refitting ( Removing ) 1. Place the clutch plateand the clutch tray (1a) in their housing using the tool (1b) for centering.

When fitting the clutch plate, make sure it is correctly fitted in accordance with the words "engine side" and "gearbox side".

Handle the clutch plate carefully. Do not touch the surface of the friction linings with your hands.

Clean any anti-corrosion protectives or detergents from the clutch tray friction surface.

Tighten the clutch fixing bolts by hand.2. Tighten the bolts fixing the clutch in order, diagonally until the recommended torque is reached.
