184000874 - 1032C43 TIMING BELT TENSIONER MOUNT - R R WITH TIMING BELT REMOVED

Removing ( Refitting ) 1. Undo the bolt (1a) and remove the fixed single drive belt tensioner (1b). 1. Undo the bolts and move the alternator aside.

To withdraw the lower alternator bolt, lower the power unit slightly.

1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the lower timing drive belt protective cover (1b).2. Undo bolts (2a) and remove fixed timing belt tensioner (2b). 1. Unscrew the bolts (1a) and remove the timing belt tensioner mount (1b) complete with mobile timing belt tensioner (1c). Refitting ( Removing ) 1. Place the timing tensioners mounting (1a) complete with timing moving tensinoer (1b) back in its housing and secure it tightening the bolts (1c) to the recommended torque.

1. Fit the mobile timing belt tensioner (1a) and secure by tightening the bolts (1b) to the recommended torque.

2. Fit the left protective timing gear cover (2a) and fix it using the bolts (2b). Place the alternator back in its housing and secure it tightening the bolts to the recommended torque.

To replace the lower alternator bolt in its seat, lower the power unit slightly.

1. Place the engine components single drive belt moving tensioner (1a) back in its housing and fix it tightening the bolt (1b) to the recommended torque.
