184000983 - 1064A20 TURBO/MANIFOLD/SLEEVE ASSEMBLY DISMANTLE

Position the turbocharger assembly in a vice.1. Unscrew nuts (1a) and remove exhaust manifold (1b) from turbocharger. 1. Undo the connector (1a) and remove the engine oil supply pipe to the turbocharger (1b).2. Undo the nuts (2a) and remove the catalytic preconverter (2b). 1. Place the right catalytic preconverter (1a) back in its housing and secure it tightening the nuts (1b) to the recommended torque.

2. Connect the engine oil supply pipe to the turbocharger (2a) and secure by tightening the connector (2b) to the recommended torque.
