Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on the rampProceed with removal    Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R.Proceed with removal    Op. 5530B52 BATTERY DRIP TRAY/SUPPORT - R.R..Proceed with removal 1016A10 sound-proofing cover - r + r Proceed with removal1. Loosen the band and disconnect the radiator upper coolant inlet hose.    Op. 7055B54 UNDER-ENGINE GUARD - R R2. Loosen the bands and remove the hose from the thermostat to the pump rigid inlet pipe.

Recover the coolant using a suitable container.

Refitting ( Removing ) Place the hose from the thermostat to the pump rigid inlet pipe back in its housing and secure it using the bands.Connect the radiator upper coolant inlet hose to the thermostat and tighten the band.Proceed with refitting    Op. 7055B54 UNDER-ENGINE GUARD - R R.Proceed with refitting 1016A10 sound-proofing cover - r + r .Proceed with refitting    Op. 5530B52 BATTERY DRIP TRAY/SUPPORT - R.R..Proceed with refitting    Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R.Refill the engine cooling system with coolant    Op. 0010T20 COOLANT CHECK DENSITY AND TOP UP IF NECESSARY.Remove the car from the ramps.
