Do not allow oil or solvents to come into contact with the belt, as these could affect the flexibility of the rubber, resulting in reduced grip.

Also check that there are no cracks or cuts on the belt, otherwise it will have to be replaced.Adjust the moving tensioner and fit the engine components single drive belt.

The moving tensioner is an automatic device and thanks to a preloaded spring adjusts the belt to the correct tension upon installation and automatically takes up any slack in the belt.
