) Position the vehicle on the rampProceed with removal Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R.Proceed with removal Op. 5530B52 BATTERY DRIP TRAY/SUPPORT - R.R..1. Disconnect the gear selector and engagement cables.2. Remove the clips and release the gear selector and engagement cables from the mounting bracket.

1. Release the gear selector and engagement cables from the fastening on the steering box, then remove them from the engine compartment.

Proceed with removal 7040L37 gear lever plate - r r .Proceed with removal 7040A65 passenger compartment box lock , one , r r .Proceed with removal 7040A19 cushion padding - r r .Proceed with removal Op. 7040A28 TRIM ON GEARBOX CONTROL PANEL - R.R..Proceed with removal 7040A30 Left instrument panel lower TRIM - R.R. .1. Disconnect the gear selector and engagement cables for the manual gearbox.2. Separate the gear selector and engagement cables (2a) from the mounting releasing the clips (2b).3. Remove the gear selector and engagement cables after haivng released the rubber mountings from the support.

Refitting ( Removing

) Place the gear selector and engagement cables in their housings.

Check that the rubber mountings for the gear selector and engagement cables are correctly positioned on the mounting.

Fasten the gear selector and engagement cables to the mounting using the clips.Connect the gear selector and engagement cables to the manual gearbox control lever.Fit the gear selector and engagement cables in the engine compartment and fasten the band to the steering box.Position the gear selector and engagement cables in the housings in the mounting bracket and secure them using the clips.Connect the gear selector and engagement cables.Proceed with refitting 7040A30 Left instrument panel lower TRIM - R.R. .Proceed with refitting Op. 7040A28 TRIM ON GEARBOX CONTROL PANEL - R.R..Proceed with refitting 7040A19 cushion padding - r r .Proceed with refitting 7040A65 passenger compartment box lock , one , r r .Proceed with refitting 7040L37 gear lever plate - r r .Proceed with refitting Op. 5530B52 BATTERY DRIP TRAY/SUPPORT - R.R..Proceed with refitting Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R.Remove the car from the ramps.
