184000560 - M01 ELECTRIC FRONT WINDOWS / NOT WORKING

With the ignition key in the ON position, when the buttons on the doors are operated, the electric front windows do not work at all.

1	SERVICES RELAY CHECK (POWER CIRCUIT)	All OK	Problems met	Operation
	With the ignition ON, check that the additional rear current socket is working properly. The socket is located under the rear parcel shelf support, on the left hand side.It is possible, for example, to insert the cigar lighter and check that it heats up	Continue to Step 4	The additional rear current socket is also not working	Continue to Step 2
2	SERVICES RELAY POWER SUPPLY CHECK (POWER CIRCUIT)	All OK	Problems met	Operation
	Check that the services discharge replay is correctly supplied by the battery.With the ignition ON, connect to the power supply for the relay from the Body Computer and check that when the electric windows are operated the supply is sent to the relay.Also check that the electrical connections between the Body Computer, the battery and the relay are not faulty See E3050 ELECTRIC FRONT WINDOWS NOTE: Do not disconnect the relay	Continue to Step 3	No supply from battery	Restore the correct supply to the relay. If necessary, replace the faulty components (if a fuse is involved, search for the cause of the problem)
			Supply enablement not provided by the Body Computer	Replace the Body Computer Op. 5505A32
			Connections faulty	Restore the correct connections. See E3050 ELECTRIC FRONT WINDOWS
3	RELAY OUTPUT CHECK	All OK	Problems met	Operation
	With the ignition ON, connect to the relay output and check that when the electric windows are operated the supply is sent to the electric windows circuit.Also check that the connections between the services relay and the Driver's/Passenger Door Node are not faulty	Continue to Step 4	The supply is not sent to the circuit.	Replace the services relay
			Connections faulty	Restore the correct connections. See E3050 ELECTRIC FRONT WINDOWS
	With the ignition ON, connect to the relay output and check that when the electric windows are operated the supply is sent to the electric windows circuit.Also check that the connections between the services relay and the electric window control switches in the two doors are not faulty	Continue to Step 4	The supply is not sent to the circuit.	Replace the services relay

4	ELECTRIC WINDOWS CIRCUIT CHECK	All OK	Problems met	Operation
	The problem is due to the simultaneous presence of problems in both the front electric window circuits.
