Follow the recommended safety instructions (see 5040 - Precautions).

Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on a lift.Drain the coolant (    Op. 0010T84 COOLANT FOR AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM DEHYDRATE AND RECHARGE).    Op. 7210E10 FRONT BUMPER 5540B78 GRUPPO OTTICO anteriore sinistro con indicatore di direzione e proiettore fendinebbia - S.R. 1. Undo the bolt (1a) and release the support (1b) from the condenser.2. Release the circlip.3. Extract the drier filter cartridge (3a), via the opening (3b).

Seal the drier filter cartridge housing using a suitable plug to prevent dampness and impurities from entering the system.

Refitting ( Removing ) Check that the drier filter cartridge is not damaged.

Replace the O rings for the connectors.

Only use green coloured seals that are resistant to R134a coolant.

Lubricate the connector threads using anti-freeze.
