	    Op. 7010D38 REAR SIDE DOOR MANUAL WINDOW MECHANISM HANDLE/RING-NUT R R    Op. 7010E10 REAR SIDE DOOR INNER PANEL - R R OR REPLACE1. Position the door panel on a workbench, then remove the sound insulation taking care not to damage it.2. Working with due care from the inside of the door panel using a cutter, cut the tabs (2a), (2b) and (2c) retaining the speaker grille; the outermost tab (2d) should be cut later on.

	1. Tape the outer edge (as seen) of the speaker grille housing in the door panel to prevent any damage to the door panel during the subsequent drilling operation.

	1. Tape the outer edge (as seen) of the speaker grille housing in the door panel to prevent any damage to the door panel during the subsequent drilling operation.
|  | Make at least three holes for each speaker grille fastening. | 


|  | During this latter operation, support the speaker grille from underneath so that it is correctly matched with the door panel. |
