Open the tailgate.1. Undo the bolts.2. Release the inner retainers using the special tool.3. Release the end (2a) of the tailgate emergency opening cable (if fitted) from the trim (1a).

3. Remove the panel (3a) after having released the inner retainers (3b) and after having released the emergency release cable.

Check that the panel is not damaged and check that the inner retainers are intact and correctly positioned.Position the panel attaching the inner retainers and checking that the emergency release cable is correctly inserted.Tighten the bolts.
