Removing ( Refitting ) 1. Press the retainer (1a) and lift up the head restraint (1b) to the end of its travel.2. Press the retainer (2a) and release the head restraint (1b). Refitting ( Removing ) Check that the head restraint is undamaged.Keep the retainers pressed and fit the head restraint in position.
