Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on the rampProceed with removal    Op. 7055B54 UNDER-ENGINE GUARD - R R1. Loosen the band and disconnect the lower radiator coolant outlet hose from the radiator, radiator side.
Collect the engine coolant in a suitable container.
Proceed with removal    Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+RProceed with removal1. Undo the bolts fixing the rigid engine oil vapour recirculation pipe.    Op. 5530B52 BATTERY DRIP TRAY/SUPPORT - R.R.2. Loosen the band and disconnect the engine oil vapour recirculation pipe from the rigid pipe.
1. Disconnect the electrical connection from the engine coolant temperature sensor.

2. Undo and remove the engine coolant temperature sensor.
Refitting ( Removing ) Place the engine coolant temperature sensor back in its housing and tighten it to the recommended torque.
Restore the sealant on the sensor thread.

Connect the electrical connection to the engine coolant temperature sensor.Connect the engine oil vapour recirculation hose to the rigid pipe and tighten the band.Tighten the bolts securing the engine oil vapour recirculation rigid pipe.Proceed with refitting    Op. 5530B52 BATTERY DRIP TRAY/SUPPORT - R.R..Proceed with refitting    Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R.Connect the lower coolant outlet hose from the radiator, radiator side, and tighten the band.Refill the engine cooling system with coolant    Op. 0010T20 COOLANT CHECK DENSITY AND TOP UP IF NECESSARY.Proceed with refitting    Op. 7055B54 UNDER-ENGINE GUARD - R R.Remove the car from the ramps.
