184001366 - 5040A69 PIPE FROM CONDENSER TO CONNECTOR FOR EVAPORATOR - R.R.

Follow the recommended safety instructions (see 5040 - Precautions).
Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on a lift.Drain the coolant (    Op. 0010T84 COOLANT FOR AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM DEHYDRATE AND RECHARGE.    Op. 7210E10 FRONT BUMPER1. Undo the bolt (1a) and disconnect the connector (1b) for the pipe from the condenser to the intermediate connector.
Seal the connectors that have been disconnected using suitable plugs to prevent dampness and impurities from entering the system.
1. Working in the right front wheel arch, undo the nut (1a) and disconnect the connector (1b).2. Remove the pipe. Refitting ( Removing ) Check that the pipe from the condenser to the intermediate connector is not damaged and that there are no cracks that could compromise the seal.
Replace the O rings for the connectors. Only use green coloured seals that are resistant to R134a coolant. Lubricate the connector threads using anti-freeze.
1. Place the pipe from the condenser to the intermediate connector in position.2. Connect the connector (2a) for the pipe and secure it tightening the bolt (2b) to the recommended torque.

1. Connect the connector (1a) for the pipe to the condenser and secure it tightening the bolt (1b) to the recommended torque.
