Removing ( Refitting ) Disconnect the battery leads and insulate them.

 - 4110A11  steering wheel - r+r for replacement or check for versions with air bag - 7040A26  steering column trim - r+r - 5580C12  clock spring for air bag module on steering wheel r r

Closely observe the Safety Regulations established for this operation .

1. Working from underneath, disconnect the electrical connection 91a) from the steering angle sensor (1b).

1. Undo the fixing bolts (1a) and remove the sensor (1b) from the steering column switch unit. Refitting ( Removing ) Position the steering angle sensor and tighten the fixing bolts.Connect the sensor electrical connection.
