To raise the vehicle using lift arms or a workshop lift, arrange the ends of the arms or the lift in the areas shown in the diagram only.White arrow: with the workshop lift.Black arrow: with the lift arms.

After lifting the vehicle, support it on safety stands.Before lifting the rear side (front) of the vehicle, lock the wheels placing chocks in front of (behind) the front (rear) wheels.
The vehicle can be raised at the front only by positioning the lift arm near the gearbox-differential unit and interposing a wooden or rubber block.The vehicle should be raised at the rear by positioning the lift arm by the rear axle crossmember, placing a rubber mounting in between.

It is advisable to change the engine oil more often than indicated in the Planned Maintenance programme if the vehicle is mainly used in one of the following conditions:
- Dusty roads
- Short, repeated journies (less than 7-8 Km) at sub-zero temperatures
- Engine often idling or driving long distances at low speed (or long period of idleness).
