Disconnect the electrical connections for the heated rear windscreen (1a), the rearscreen wiper motor (1b) and the rear / tailgate wiring coupling (1c).

2. Disconnect the rearscreen washer jet pipe.3. Remove the rear door seals near the ceiling trim.4. Using the appropriate tool, disengage the rear retaining buttons on the ceiling trim.

5. Undo the bolts on the seat belt cover.6. Remove the cover.7. Undo the nuts for the cable cover.8. Disconnect the wiring from the retainers.9. Extract the wiring, pulling it from the cable cover.

Refitting ( Removing

) Check that the wiring is undamaged and that the individual conductors are firmly attached to the connections. Check the condition of the cable cover seal.Check that the connections are fitted with the anti-slip devices (secondary lock).If necessary, check the continuity.Insert the wiring in the housings.Connect the wiring to the retainers.Position the cable cover and fix it using the nuts.Fit the seat belt cover and secure it with its bolts.Fit the ceiling trim and engage the rear retaining buttons.Refit the rear door seals near the ceiling trim.Connect the rearscreen washer jet pipe.Connect the electrical connections for the heated rear windscreen, the heated rear windscreen motor and the rear / tailgate wiring coupling. - 7040E17 lh or rh rear courtesy light - r r (right and left) - 7065C30 interior l/h or r/h grab handle (one) - r+r (all) - 7040B23 back upper side trim (1), lh or rh - r r (right and left) - 7040B18 l/h or r/h side trim (one) of luggage compartment/load platform - arrange (right and left) - 7040G40 load compartment light bulb holder - r r (left only) - 7040H42 rear pillar trim - r r (right and left)
