2891783 - 5020A54 heater radiator - r+r with heater box removed

Removing ( Refitting ) 1. Undo the bolts.2. Move the shield slightly.3. Release the relay support from the shield.4. Undo the bolt.5. Remove the plate.6. Move the pipes slightly.7. Remove the gaskets.8. Extract the heater from the casing. Refitting ( Removing ) Check that the radiator is intact, that there are no leaks and that there is no damage or deposits of dirt on the finned surface.Insert the radiator in the casing.Refit the new seals.Position the pipes.Position the plate and fix it using the bolt.Fix the relay support.Position the shield and fix it using the bolts.
