2891174 - 0520G65 ACCELERATOR PEDAL - End of travel adjustment with S.D.C.

Connect the tester station (EXAMINER OR SDC) to the connection in the engine bay.Move the accelerator pedal to the end of its travel (fully depressed).Measure the accelerator pedal potentiometer output voltage.

If the reading is not within the specified range, adjsut the screw under the accelerator pedal until the tester station shows the correct reading entered previously.

If locking compound (Loktite or similar) is present on the adjustment screw, apply a new layer of locking compound to the screw threads following adjustment.

Disconnect the tester station plug from the connector in the engine bay.
