Removing ( Refitting ) Open the bonnet lid. - 1048A10  air cleaner filtering element - replace - 5530B10  battery - r+r - 1016A10  sound-proofing cover - r + r - 1080D34  engine oil vapour separator - r + r - 1060F50  fuel return manifold - r r1. Disconnect the electrical connections from the injectors.

2. Use ordinary wrenches (2a) and (2b) without alteration to unscrew manifold side fitting (2c) and injector side fitting (1d). 3. Remove all the pipes from the fuel manifold to the injectors. Refitting ( Removing ) Fit new pipes from the manifold to the injectors.

Whenever you work on the pipes, always fit a new pipe when reassembling to avoid leakage from the fittings.

Tighten the fitting on the line to the pressure pump and fuel manifold to torque using the same wrenches and a torque wrench.
