2891810 - 5040A52 pipe from condenser to dehydrating filter - r+r

Follow the safety instructions (  See assembly 5040A   air conditioner coolant circuit ).
Removing ( Refitting ) Drain the coolant fluid (refer to op.   5040A10  Air conditioning refrigerant CIRCUIT - Draining and Refilling ).  - 5530B10  battery - r+r - 5530B52  Battery DRIP TRAY/SUPPORT - R.R. - 1048A10  air cleaner filtering element - replace - 1048A12  air cleaner support - r r with air cleaner assembly removed - 5040B14  air conditioner system multi-level pressure switch - r+r1. Undo the bolts fixing the pipe to the condenser.2. Disconnect the pipe connector from the condenser.
Seal the disconnected connectors, using suitable plugs, to prevent humidity and impurities from entering the system.
3. Undo the bolt fixing the pipe connector to the filter.4. Disconnect the connector.5. Remove the pipe.
Refitting ( Removing ) Check that the pipe is not damaged or cracked.Reposition the pipe.
Replace the O-rings for the connectors. Only use green coloured seals, resistant to R134A coolant fluid. Lubricate the thread of the connectors using anti-freeze.
Connect the pipe connectors and tighten the bolts.
