2891893 - 5520A12 ignition switch assembly - r r for versions with air bag

Removing ( Refitting )  - 5580C18  air bag module - r+r .

Before working on the Air Bag system, follow the safety instructions for working on the system very carefully (  See assembly 5580C   air bag system ).

 - 4110A11  steering wheel - r+r for replacement or check for versions with air bag - 7040A26  steering column trim - r+r - 5580C12  clock spring for air bag module on steering wheel r rClosely observe the safety regulations established for this operation. - 5550A12  complete stalk unit - r+r for versions with air bag . 1. Disconnect the electrical connections (1a, 1b) from the ignition switch.

2. Undo the bolts (2a) and remove the ignition switch (2b). Refitting ( Removing ) Check that the ignition switch is not damaged.Fit the switch and fix it using the bolts. - 5550A12  complete stalk unit - r+r for versions with air bag .  - 5580C12  clock spring for air bag module on steering wheel r r .  - 7040A26  steering column trim - r+r .  - 4110A11  steering wheel - r+r for replacement or check for versions with air bag .  - 5580C18  air bag module - r+r . Check the operation of the electrical system and the steering lock.
