Removing ( Refitting ) To remove the squab lumbar adjustment knob, proceed as follows.1. Remove the knob using the special tool.

To remove the front seat slide control lever (seat without electrical lifting device), proceed as follows.1. Working from both sides of the seat slide control lever, disengage the spring washers.2. Remove the guards.3. Remove the return springs.4. Remove the lever (4a), disengaging it from the rotation pins (4b). To remove the front seat slide control lever (driver's seat with electrical lifting device), proceed as follows.1. Working from both sides of the seat slide control lever, disengage the split pins.2. Remove the lever (2a), releasing it from the rotation pins (2b) and lever return mechanisms. Refitting ( Removing ) Check that the lever and knob are undamaged.Fit the lumbar adjustment knob, lining up the reference.Refit the slide control lever, following the same procedure as for removal.Check that the lever and knob are working properly.
