Removing ( Refitting ) Open the bonnet lid. - 1060F50  fuel return manifold - r r1. Use ordinary wrenches (1a) and (1b) without alteration to unscrew manifold side fitting (1c) and pressure pump side fitting (1d).2. Remove the pipe from the pressure pump to the fuel manifold. Refitting ( Removing ) Fit a new pipe from the pressure pump to the fuel manifold.

Whenever you work on the pipe from the pressure pump to the fuel manifold, always fit a new pipe when reassembling to avoid leakage from the fittings.

Tighten the fitting on the line to the pressure pump and fuel manifold to torque using the same wrenches and a torque wrench.
