Before working on the Air Bag system, follow the safety instructions for working on the system very carefully (  See assembly 5580C   air bag system ).
 - 5530B10  battery - r+r - 1048A10  air cleaner filtering element - replace  - 1016A10  sound-proofing cover - r + r  - 5040C12  air conditioner housing - r r with facia disconnected1. Disconnect the electrical connection for the air intake actuator.

2. Undo the bolts.3. Remove the cover.4. Move the seal.5. Undo the bolt.6. Move the evaporator.7. Disconnect the frost sensor for the evaporator.8. Undo the bolt.9. Disconnect the electrical connection for the frost sensor.

10. Disconnect the cable for the frost sensor from the retainer and recover the frost sensor unit.
