The relay
J30 controls the engagement
of the fan N11.
The supply for the relay arrives directly
from the battery from the line protected by the maxifuse
B8.
The relay
J30 has a coil supplied
directly by the line controlled by the ignition (15/54) protected
by fuse B25.
It is energized by an
earth signal coming from the engine control unit
M10.
If the engine coolant reaches a high temperature,
the control unit
M10 sends (from pin 40 of connector
A) an earth signal to the relay J30.
The energized relay therefore sends a supply
which operates the fan
N11.
