Removing ( Refitting ) Place the car on the ramp.Disconnect the battery negative terminal.

1. Disconnect the connectors (1a) using a 13 mm spanner (1b).2. Disconnect the connectors (2a) using the spanner (2b).

3. Disconnect the load proportioning valve spring.
1. Undo the fixing bolts (1a) and remove the load proportioning valve (1b).
Refitting ( Removing ) Proceed as follows.
The new load proportioning valve must be fitted with the car on a lift and the suspension unloaded (the wheels should hang).
Place the load proportioning valve in its original position, then tighten the fixing bolts to torque.

Attach the eyelet for the traction spring to the opening in the bracket on the rear axle.Connect the pipe connectors and tighten them to torque using the tool.

- 0010T64 brake and or clutch fluid check level and top up as necessary . - 0010T65 hydraulic brake system bleed air .  - 3330C62  load proportioning valve control - check and adjust . Connect the battery negative terminal.
